Antlers

Who ever thought that antlers paired well with peach roses???  This twig arbor was made by the groom, and we added beautiful roses and lisanthus for a "wedding" feel- the result was beautiful and northwoods- "y".  Photos by Tim Larsen Photography.

Multiple "Looks"

Many of my brides know that I like to work with different "looks" for the reception décor.  This is a great example of three different table centerpieces that we mixed in for a fun green and white wedding (with a touch of burlap and lavender sprinkled in).  Another beautiful Grandview wedding!

Arches!

I absolutely love arches of all kinds...they really showcase the wedding style and feel and they designate a special space for the ceremony, which is, after all, the main event!

Fun Spaces

Don't neglect the fun spaces at your venue that make your wedding memorable!  This bride made a "love" sign out of birch logs and a vintage frame- and we added hydrangeas to soften - result:  showstopping mantle!  Other spots to remember: bathrooms, entryways and foyers.  Photo by Kelli Engstrom

Rustic Elegance

Since I live in the "north woods" many of my brides are looking for a rustic spin on their wedding decor.  This fun couple had me incorporate pinecones into their boutonnieres and also the centerpieces... the result - rustic elegant!

Cragun's Wedding

One of my favorite weddings- Jennifer had a unique look of "rustic elegant" and we decked out Cragun's Legacy with birch, twigs and beautiful blooms!  We even added grapevine wreath chandeliers suspended from the ceiling- it was beautiful!

Babies Breath Centerpieces

As promised, this is the centerpiece from Carrie's wedding...again, simple, yet elegant!  This wedding took place at the beautiful Grand View Lodge- in the Northwoods Center.  We added some bling for the bride :) and dropped crystals and votive candles from the babies breath kissing balls.

Brighter Days Foundation

Though it was 20 degrees below, I had a wonderful day last Friday working with beautiful fresh flowers and making centerpieces for the Brighter Days Foundation Gala!  What an incredible organization led by incredible people!  It warmed my heart to be part it!  http://www.brighterdaysfoundation.org/
